AVENUE 1 EXPRESS LLC TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Please read carefully. By booking an Airport shuttle service reservation with AVENUE 1 EXPRESS LLC, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
Booking and payment.
Bookings are done no less than 8 hours ahead primarily through our website for efficiency, and your convenience. You can schedule your reservation for the desired travel date and time 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Payments are processed in our payment section. Transactions are strictly electronic by authorized credit card holders only. We accept Master cards, Visa cards, American Express cards, and Discovery cards as methods for receiving payment. The price listed does not include gratuity. Drivers do not carry cash.

Availability.
There may be times when we're booked out however, things may also change due to canceled appointments for a number of reasons. To check for availability If you are interested in booking a ride, but are unable to do so online, please contact us at the phone number 239-478-2390.
Cancellations.
No later than 24 hours prior to the appointment time to receive a full refund. All cancellations must be done by email. A cancellation confirmation will be issued within 48 hours thereafter. The exception will be flight cancelation by an airline with no penalties.
Rescheduling and re-booking.
24 hours ahead of the scheduled appointment time. Subject to availability.
No call no shows.
Drivers will wait up to 30 minutes after the appointment time before considering your reservation as a no-call no-show, resulting in forfeiture of payment. Should you decide to find another source of transportation missing your scheduled appointment, this will be considered a no-show. Resulting in forfeiture of monies paid. In the event you find yourself running behind schedule, please contact our company by phone in advance of your appointment time at 239-478-2390 so we can notify the driver of the delay to see if an adjustment can be accommodated.
Refunds.
In emergencies, adverse weather conditions, or flight delays, customers will receive a 50% refund without additional penalties.
Routes.
Out of area- designated pick-up times and locations with 1 restroom break available.
Local- RSW International Airport to or from designated local areas.
Delays.
Routes and time schedule helps to reduce the chances of potential delays caused by high traffic volume, accidents, weather, etc... Please plan ahead allowing yourself ample time to arrive at your destination ahead of schedule. AVENUE 1 EXPRESS LLC will not be held responsible for any missed flights, cruises, or appointments.
Car seats, and child booster seats.
Without exception, Florida law requires that parents or guardians are responsible for providing an approved child restraint device (booster or car seat) for their children under the minimum weight, and height standard who require the use of such safety device. A seat must be booked for each child. It is unsafe to have them riding on your lap. Check the state law before you travel.
Luggage, personal items, and Cargo.
Cargo restrictions are as followed: No hazardous material, animals, illegal items, substances, or weapons are allowed to be transported by AVENUE 1 EXPRESS LLC; Any violation of this agreement will result in immediate expulsion of our vehicles with no consequences to the company, and immediate notification of the authorities. Luggage is generally limited to 2 bags per passenger plus 1 carry-on bag not to exceed 50 pounds each. There will be a cargo overage fee of $10.00 for each additional baggage.
Exception: Car seats, diaper bags, prescription medication, wheelchairs, service animals, pets under 25 pounds in a lap carrier, and active duty military however, please be considerate of the cargo requirement of other passengers;
Passengers, as a reminder, please ensure that you properly package and protect all of your cargo including delicate, priceless, fragile, or breakable items prior to boarding the vehicle. All cargo will be properly handled and secured to mitigate movement during transit. AVENUE 1 EXPRESS LLC will not be liable for prior damaged, deformed, bent, broken, missing scratches, dings, dents, and gouged cargo. If reimbursement is deemed necessary, depreciation, and fair wear and tear must be litigated.
Emergency.
There are potentially several types of emergencies we could encounter on our journey. Medical, accidents, weather conditions, natural disasters, and mechanical breakdowns. These are unforeseen circumstances that could cause a delay. Drivers are instructed to take the appropriate action to rectify the situation which may have caused the delay. Your cooperation and understanding are appreciated. AVENUE 1 EXPRESS LLC will not be held responsible for any missed flights, cruises, or appointments.
Customer data and information.
Thank you our valued customer for your business. Building a good reputation, a professional relationship, and a solid foundation with you is always our primary goal. AVENUE 1 EXPRESS LLC does not engage in the practice of selling customers' data, and or information to 3rd parties. Only where applicable by law, legal proceedings or to defend the company.
Communication with customers.
There are several methods of communication utilized in order to keep in contact with and provide information to our customers. Your consent to receive communication from Avenue 1 Express LLC is also part of this agreement. Your driver's name and phone number will be provided. For airport pick-up, once you have cleared baggage claim, please contact your driver at 239-478-2390 with the gate number you want to be picked up from. Hours of operation.
Office hours: Monday – Sunday, 4:00 am to 9:00 pm
24-hour online booking, appointments, pick-up, and drop-off.
For special times please contact us for availability.
Holidays – Thanksgiving, 4:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Christmas, 4:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Safety.
Safety first, safety always! This starts with trip inspections, a clean vehicle, an alert driver, and safe driving practices. Seatbelts are provided for your safety and must be worn as required by law.
Smoking or vaping is prohibited on all AVENUE 1 EXPRESS LLC vehicles.
Ride-share.
AVENUE 1 EXPRESS LLC Airport shuttle service also provides ride-share services. Some routes will require ride-share.
Driver conduct.
Drivers are required to conduct themselves in a safe, professional, and courteous manner at all times.
Passenger conduct.
We respectfully ask all passengers to extend the same professional courtesy towards our drivers, and each other for a safe travel experience. In the event a passenger becomes belligerent or disorderly, the driver must first attempt to calm the passenger and ask for their cooperation in order to defuse the situation. Notify his or her supervisor, and contact the proper authorities if needed.
Lost and found.
Before departing the vehicle, please ensure that you account for, and secure all of your personal belongings and documents. Immediately after discovering that you are missing your belongings, immediately contact us at 2394782390. email verification will be required for recovery. AVENUE 1 EXPRESS LLC will make every attempt to contact customers in order to identify and return lost items found inside our vehicles. If after 30 days of unsuccessful attempts to make contact with the customer, items will be classified as abandoned.
Disclaimer.
This legal document was designed as an agreement between AVENUE 1 EXPRESS LLC, and its customers. Any arbitration will be held in Lee County, FL. Because of the many variations in flight schedules and cruses, AVENUE 1 EXPRESS LLC will not be held liable for missed flights, cruises, or appointments.
